Hello everybody, my name is CJ. I made this company with the mission of not leaving a single person that wants help behind. Every single person that has ever created a physique they are proud of had to start from nothing, including myself. Navigating fitness online can be an extremely daunting task, with conflicting information every step of the way. Since I’ve struggled with this myself, everyone that comes to this website is entitled to a free 15 minute face-to-face call with me to ask any questions you may need. If there are any questions that I may not be able to answer, I will get back to you at a later date with your answer. I am here to help you become who you want to be!
With all of that being said, let me give you a little background about me. I’m a certified personal trainer with over seven years of experience helping people transform their bodies and performance through extremely personalized, science-based coaching. I’ve worked with hundreds of people at every level, from complete beginners and busy professionals to competitive athletes and powerlifters. Whether it’s going from skinny to strong, dropping from over 300 pounds to under 200 lean, or training for record-breaking strength, I know how to create a plan that delivers lasting results.
My coaching philosophy is built on education, proper form, and longevity. Nobody has the exact same physiology, and I don’t expect you to either! Every program I design is completely tailored to you, no cookie cutter programs here! In all my programs I always prioritizes joint health, strength development, mobility, and sustainable progress. Aesthetics come naturally when your body functions the way it’s meant to, and my goal is to help you look, move, and feel your best for the long term.
About a year after I started my fitness journey, I faced a huge setback. I tore my rotator cuff trying to incline bench 275 pounds, which resulted in me missing state and national powerlifting competitions for years due to recurring shoulder pain. That experience totally changed my life and pushed me to learn how to train and heal properly. This has led me to my current pursuit to get a Doctorate in Physical Therapy so I can help others avoid the same mistakes and train safely for life, no matter where they are in the healing process.
I’m certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Nutrition Coach, Performance Enhancement Specialist, Corrective Exercise Specialist, and Virtual Coaching Specialist. This diverse foundation allows me to combine performance training, recovery methods, and education in a way that gives my clients lasting results and confidence in their own ability to move and perform safely. Today, I offer completely virtual coaching that includes biweekly calls, nutrition guidance, and full workout programs delivered through an incredible fitness app. Every exercise comes with detailed video and audio explanations, showing you proper form, common mistakes, and which muscles are working, assisting, and stretching. Every video has an additional 3D anatomical skeleton with the relevant muscles highlighted showing you exactly how to do each exercise so there is minimal error. My mission is to teach you how to train smart so you can stay pain-free, confident, and self-sufficient for the rest of your life.
